When contacting the Customer Service department, please ensure that you include your
contact details if you require a reply.
If enquiring about an order placed on our web site, please include your order
number, as provided in your email confirmation and on the web site confirmation
page.
Emails are responded to in priority order so please indicate where your enquiry is urgent.
If you have placed an online order with a valid email address, you will have been sent a confirmation email. This
is usually sent a few minutes after your payment, although at busy times of
the week it may be delayed.
